should i switch to private school? 10 points?

I currently am a soph in HS and go to a societal school and I absolutely HATE IT. I have a lot of friends but I don't like how the teachers teach; they just pass out homework and tests and foresee you to understand it. I went to private school all my life until my parents put me in a public middle school. I have been a straight A student til middle school, since then I have gotten C's because there is so much distraction and the teachers basically suck. I hope for to go to private school and get more one on one with teachers so I understand things more.
Should I go to private school instead of public? Also..
Is it too late to go to private school because school starts in 2 weeks?
It depends on the school's admissions means...But it's worth a shot, if you feel as though you will get a better education and get more out of school. Talk to your parents ASAP and see if it something they can afford and explain your reasons. Either way, honest luck and have a great Junior year!

How would you define "middle class" and can you give me some examples?

For me, it is someone who has had a private school learning and who shops at Waitrose, drinks red wine and listens to jazz
omfg - it is a perfectly reasonable question about sociology and if there are too many yearn words in it for you to understand then I suggest you take your ill-educated comments off to the puppies and kittens section instead.
As the belated Ronnie Barker said during one of his marvelous sketches: ' I look up to him because he is upper class, but I look down on him because he is humble class - I'm middle class.' For me, middle class is a family where the head of the household is either in middle management, a member of one of the professions (doctor, counselor-at-law, etc), or an officer in the armed forces. They would live in a desirable property, located in a socially acceptable area. (I doch an dorris red wine and listen to jazz! I wonder whether I should be looking down at all, or always up!).

Why is government hell bent on destroying Private Education?
Dec 14, 2007 by CJD MSC | Posted in Civic Participation
Ask previously posted was for UK. In UK Public Schools are Private Institutions, in most cases boarding in nature.
I may add that the politics of envy are playing a big part in destroying the middle and capitals classes here.
This has been booming on since as early as 1984. My son was worried that his school was going to close because he kept hearing about this on the news.
The standard of education in this woods is poor and getting worse. A lot of parents are rightly worried and struggle to pay for private education. You are quite right to say that it is the public affairs of envy. Some of us consider it important that our children are able to speak correctly and to spell.
Well said Yarx, you have neutral said everything I was too lazy to type.
