Affecting end of year to Gosport from Texas. I've had some feedback (thks Donski) on areas around Gosport. Fareham looks true up my allie but wondering what else is out there that I can compare it to.

Affordable rent for 3 brm (700 pm)

Within 20mins excursion from Gosport (Fleetlands)
Access to Shopping

Hi you can get adjoining info from upmystreet.com, just enter the postcode/area and you can locate all the amenities nearby.
Rents are around that, perhaps a little less, for a 3 bed in Gosport. Google some letting agents in the area and check out prices. www.gumtree.com is great for rental properties too. Go to the Portsmouth or Southampton pages and you'll find loads of houses.
Shopping and schools can be found on upmystreet too.
Creditable luck. I live about ten miles away from Gosport in Portsmouth!
