when i was on a school bus it was almost full and was make to go the driver was smoking the bus had signs saying no smoking whlie bus is in motion and while on holiday tours there is also a law that there is no smoking in a available place
i have pictures of the events also if it is illegal who should i show

also can i be disallowed travel for reporting it
It is actionable full stop to smoke in a enclosed public place - which a bus is - since 1st July 2007, and it has ALWAYS been illegal to smoke in front of minors - which school children are.
Story it not only to the company that run the service. But also to the local council.
No you can NOT be disallowed on the bus for reporting it.

Depends what territory you are in.
If it is the UK then definately yes, it is illegal as that constitutes the drivers workplace.

ok so tommorow there might be school but the bus companions has a strict snow policy if the bus company refuses to give transport and i have no other way to get to school exept walk about 7 miles is it my fault for not being accomplished to come to school and can i lose my attendance record
no because the teachers should have knowledge of what happen and let you off u can also ring the school or let your mum do it and see where it goes from there. Really they should understand

For 5 yeas, the bus ensemble has denied my two children a free bus pass as we are said to live under 3 miles away from the school with the shortest walking avenue.
It has now come to my attention after calculating the route we are over 3 miles and so for 5 years have been paying when we shouldnt have, equating to thousands of pounds paid!
Has the bus institution broken any laws by lying to us? If so, which laws, and what do you think I should do?

The shortest route is the shortest walking avenue and so involves walking through a park and the back of a cemetery.
You'd have to sustain that the bus company knew you lived over three miles and still wilfully denied you a bus pass.
