Hi everyone im new here so dismal if im asking this Twice! 1. How much of your OWN bread do you spend.. (Like money you've earnt or that your parents give you allowance) on clothes.
2. How much of your OWN money do you spend.. (Like the ready you've earnt or that your parents give you allowance) on cosmetics a month.
3. How much if any do you get from your parents as allowance and do you have to buy any of your own clothes/friends bday presents/ etc/ school supplies/ etc.
1) Depends how much I get paid it varies from week to week,but doubtlessly £40 a month
2)Same again but probably £20 a month
3) God knows haha I borrow way too much and spend a lot on my friends.

My daughter stays with me and my chain 4 nights a week and 3 nights a week at her mums me and my wife do all the school runs and take my daughter to all after school clubs, and supply all her clothes and school dinners ,school clothes . Her mum doesn't do any school runs ,she does buy some clothes for her but not often ,she says she should get woman benefit for my daughter cause she feeds her when she is in her care, i do understand that, but if the shoe was on the other foot the man would have to pay child support and buy clothes it doesn't correct sense to me. Me and my daughters mum have a four week cycle week 1 my daughter is in my care for 123.5 hours
week 2 she is in my mind a look after for 113.5 hours
week 3 she is in my care for 108.5 hours
week 4 she is in my care for 122 hours
In the school holidays we have my daughter 4 nights then her mum has her 4 nights we do this on a rotational heart every school holiday.
For the last 3 years i have had child benefit for my daughter, my daughters mum made a claim for child benefit in august last year.Now infant benefit stopped my payments in november last year whilst they investigate the situation,does anyone know how hunger this takes and who do you think they will award payments to .

My daughters mum is on benefits for all of her other 4 children my daughter is the only toddler that sees her dad which is me. There is no court order to say where the child lives but in social services and the police eyes my daughter is regional at my address.My daughters mum cant do school runs as all of her other children go to differet schools. I was taking my daughters mum to court for parental creditability as she was refusing to give it to me, but haver now dropped the case as she couldnt get legal aid cause she gets to much benefit, she has now given me parental dependability and my daughter now has my surname
i know its only a small amount of money, but child benefit allows you to get help with housing costs tax credits if ilose it i would be worse off i have three children to advance, and at moment only work part time.
Only one myself can claim the child benefit (normally)
This would normally be paid to the parent who has custody.
In your case as it is split on a objectively equal basis then the best solution would have been for the pair of you to agree to split the payments.
As you seem unable to do this amicably then the other figuring out is that one of you gets the benefit and the other does not pay for anything for the child. Not a good solution is it?? which is why you should have been able to sort something out without this being investigated.
It is the child who is prospering to suffer if you continue this dispute and let's face it, the child benefit does not cover all the requirements of a child anyway.
For the behalf of your child sort it out between yourselves.
