If it seems that kids who like to pick on others chiefly have a lot of friends it's often because their friends are either 1. just as mean-spirited and twisted as they are or 2. because they play the friend r to avoid being picked on themselves.
It seems to me that the only people who genuinely like kids who pick on others are those who also take a sick pleasure doing it and take to seeing it done. It makes them feel superior, boosts their ego at the expense of others.
This is true of both kids and adults. Someone once said that heinous school never ends, and in a way that's true because there are lots of adults who never grow up and continue to be bullies... they continue to pick on others because they never expert how to be decent people, doing it makes them feel powerful, and "power" is something that often attracts other people who are too jittery to think for themselves, or have very few principles, or any sense of right and wrong.
Unfortunately, people like this can be found almost anywhere in the world because the "outlet" has a lot to do with personality traits.

I left side school at sixteen and started working full time. I have been working full time now for 3 yrs in a hard,competitive enviroment. I would love to become a stockjobber...although i only have a few gcse's i feel now that i have matured and have what it takes. Is there a chance?
You are at no cost at any time to take the licensing exam. However, the truth is that in this environment, 3 yrs of experience (even if it was relevant), and no high school diploma, let alone a university quite b substantially, is not going to get you a job as a broker.
